Why is it so difficult to download and install from the official website?

I was redirected from the official website to GitHub to download the app, but after downloading, I kept getting errors and couldn't install it. The installation process was so complicated, the user experience was terrible.🤮

This site is a scam

You can’t start a server, serverless generations fail, the logs don’t load, and even using the pre-made apps results in nothing. And looking at this forum, this has been happening for over 5 months, I’m guessing the site is dead. Do not spend money on this site.

starting t4 gpu , immidiately failed with msg on top edge of screen > Failed to start device:

later on when i opened workflow (after 10 min) few more serverless attempts failed (meanwhile) its showing t3 machine starting with red stop button etc… interestingly in 3 min or so, it doesn’t change but when i press stop , it says stopping warm machine…………. i mean, comeon………… no logs appearing in serverless failed msgs

This is a terrible service. Support does not respond. I signed up last month and now they are trying to withdraw money from my card. And there is no unsubscribe button. I wrote to support and no response. Think twice before entering your card details.
